The Drink the Rainbow Juice Feast is divided into color themes.

Red Day juice and smoothie blends are rich in red carotenoids.

Green Day suggested juice and smoothie blends are rich in chlorophyll.

Sunshine Day juice and smoothie blends will be rich in yellow and orange carotenoids.

You will be given a total of 6 juice blends and 3 smoothies. Keep the juices refrigerated and the smoothies frozen. Prior to drinking the smoothies, thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour then they can be eaten with a spoon. Sip on the juice blends as needed throughout your day.

We recommend little to no solid food while undergoing the juice feast which allows the nutrients to be easily absorbed into the blood while allowing the digestive system to rest. For some lifestyles, eating some food may be a necessity, so even in those cases a plant-based menu is recommended to maximize desired results and superior health outcomes.
